TUI Travel: The UK Graduate Leadership programme lasts for 12-18 months and includes assignments in key business areas of TUI UK & Ireland such as Airline, Distribution and Customer, Commercial and Overseas.  The assignments offer a mix of day-to-day business experience and project work in a variety of different functions. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the customer-facing teams, including spending 4-6 weeks with Overseas teams in a Resort. The programme also includes a comprehensive induction programme as well as ongoing development workshops, training and support. Head office is in Luton. TUI also offer an International Leadership Programme and programmes in Finance, IT and Airline operations.
