DAC Beachcroft: They offer vacation placements across various locations.

Charles Russell Speechlys: 2-3 weeks in Guildford, London or Cheltenham.

Dentons: Theyoffer fortnight-long vacation schemes in London during the Easter and summer vacations and in Milton Keynes & Watford, Edinburgh & Glasgow and Aberdeen during the summer vacation. These placements aim to give you a holistic view of the Firm and offer a real insight into commercial law.

Debevoise & Plimpton. US firm with a London office. They offer a 2 week summer vacation scheme. Apply in January. They specilaise in the main in corporate law. They also have a scheme for US students wanting to work in London.

PWC Legal: 1 day.

Bevan Brittan: They run a two week vacation scheme during the summer in each of their offices. During the placement you will spend a week in two different departments enabling you to gain first hand experience of two different practice areas, getting a real taste of what life at Bevan Brittan is like.

Ashurst.Every year, they hold two vacation schemes , one three-week summer scheme and a single one-week scheme in the winter.

Taylor Vinters: They run a summer vacation scheme. Applications open in the autumn and successful applicants will get the opportunity to spend time in their Cambridge and London offices in two different teams.

Osbourne Clarke (Bristol, London, Reading): 2 weeks in the summer.

Shoosmiths: 35 placements of up to 2 weeks during June and July.

Lewis Silkin: 3 day spring workshops in London. They also run vacation scheme weeks in the Cardiff office in June if you want the opportunity to experience what it is like to work with the Employment or Real Estate teams in Cardiff.

Government Legal Service (General Councils Office). They do not always offer a vacation scheme every year. They do offer open days.
