Siemens. They typically recruit in two broad areas: Engineering and Business. In the former there are opportunities within electrical, mechanical, electronics, metallurgy, systems, aeronautical, mechatronics, manufacturing, materials, software, chemical and computer science. Within business, opportunities exist in finance, sales, IT, project management and operations management. Most roles are direct entry so availability depends on the recruiting areas. They offer a Graduate Development Programme, which is two years and focuses on generic skills required by all graduates. It comprises nine modules such as communication, financial awareness, team working etc.
