
Rolls Royce – Degree Apprenticeships
Rolls Royce are one of the leading providers of high performance power systems. Their products are used on land, sea and in the air across the civil aerospace, defence aerospace, marine, energy and nuclear industries. They offer a number of degree level apprenticeships:
- Commercial Degree apprenticeship – 4 years.BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Nottingham Trent University.Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above (obtained or predicted), plus GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at minimum grade C or 4.
- Digital and technology solutions apprenticeship. 3-4 years.BSc (Hons) degree in Digital & Technology Solutions.Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade B or above, including at least one numerate subject (obtained or predicted). GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at minimum grade C or 4.
- Engineering degree apprenticeship. 4 years.Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above in Maths and Physics, Chemistry or Engineering, plus one other subject (obtained or predicted). Alternatively, an engineering-focused Level 3 extended BTEC at MMM minimum.
- Management accountant professional apprenticeship. 4.5 years.The AAT qualification and further study to become a fully-qualified accountant with the CIMA Professional Diploma.Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade B or above, one of which must be in Maths, Accounting, Finance or Economics (obtained or predicted).
- Manufacturing engineering degree apprenticeship. 4.5 years.A manufacturing engineering bachelor’s degree from UWE, Warwick University or Sheffield University, depending on which location you are recruited to.Three A-levels (or equivalent) including Maths, plus either Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Computer Science or Engineering at grade B or above, along with one other subject at grade C (obtained or predicted). Alternatively, an engineering-focused Level 3 extended BTEC at DDM minimum.
- Manufacturing management masters degree apprenticeship. 4.5 years.A master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from The University of Warwick.Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade B or above with at least one in Maths, Physics, Chemistry or another science/numerate subject (obtained or predicted).
- Materials laboratories degree apprenticeship. 4 years.An honours degree in a Materials or Manufacturing discipline from either the University of Derby, UWE or Sheffield Hallam, depending on which location you are recruited to.Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above including Maths, plus two others in either Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Electronics or ICT (obtained or predicted).
- Project management degree apprenticeship. 4 years.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management plus a professional qualification recognised by the APM (Association of Project Management).Three A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above, one of which must be a numerate subject like Maths, Physics, Economics or Business (obtained or predicted).
- Supply chain degree apprenticeship. 4 years.BA (Hons) in Management and Leadership at a range of Universities across the UK.3 A-levels grade C or above in any subject (obtained or predicted).
- Non destructive testing engineer degree apprenticeship. 4 years.BEng (Hons) NDT degree from Northampton University, plus internationally recognised qualifications.Two A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above in either Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Electronics or ICT (obtained or predicted).
