This includes Marketing and Customer Business Development, technical roles around the supply chain (Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics or Purchasing), R&D, Finance, Information Technology (IDS), Market Research (CMK), or Human Resources.

They take around 120 graduates each year. Most functions welcome applicants from any degree discipline. Product Supply requires an engineering degree and R&D requires an engineering or science degree. The projects will often have an international nature and span beyond national boundaries.
