Pilkington. They recruit graduates into a variety of functional areas. The roles will be in either the Building Products or Automotive businesses or within Group Functions. They include Commercial Management, Engineering (design, development and plant-based), Finance, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Technology. Those joining the Group after graduating in the UK, will receive their early career experience and development in the UK.  However, there will be opportunities to work with colleagues from around the world and to visit operations outside the UK on short-term projects and assignments.
