Phillips 66: They prefer graduates from an engineering or geoscience discipline. There are opportunities within Refining and Engineering or Trading, Marketing and Corporate Functions. The former is for the Humber refinery where you will work on a number of projects. In the early years you will move between roles every two years. They are interested in chemical or mechanical engineers. The Trading, marketing & Corporate Programme is based in London & Warwick. They trade commodities. There are also a number of back office roles. The Commercial Graduate Development Programme is based in London and is a two year structured scheme where you will work one year in a commercial role and one in a finance/risk role.
