Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship
This Degree Apprenticeship includes four, six-month placements across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Category Sales Development. You’ll then complete a one-year placement based on your ambitions and the strengths you’ve developed.
You will also:
- Attend university in Sheffield over six, one-week blocks with extra time in work to study
- Spend the rest of your time learning on-the-job across four commercial placements within the business
- Gain a unique overview of the way we manage our brands and get our products into stores
- Learn to understand internal and external product performance measures
- Manage elements of innovation/renovation projects to ensure they’re delivered impeccably
- Develop strong relationships with retailers as well as the day-to-day planning process that will enable you to sell even more products to them
Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship
This involves:
- Undertake a single role for the duration of the Apprenticeship or move throughout a number, dependent on your developing goals and skills
- Learn the Nestlé CRM system to develop your technical abilities
- Create CRM email campaigns from leads you have generated and will, subsequently manage
- Take responsibility for the digital touch points in the customer journey
- Work on the Nestlé social media presence , delivering and measuring performance , as well as on the website and webshops to develop your technical and customer experience skills
- Study towards a BA (Hons) in Digital Marketing as part of this Level 6 Apprenticeship
Operations Degree Apprenticeship
This involves:
- Gain a BA Hons Professional Practice in Management from Sheffield Hallam University
- Attending and leading process improvement meetings, learning manufacturing methods, coaching process operators, updating measures and tracking improvements
- Undertake a Communications project, such as visiting schools and careers fairs, inputting into the site’s magazine and email comms and attending and leading Communications meetings
- Learn the whole manufacturing process from end to end on your site so that you can work closely with operators and process specialists
Data Science Degree Apprenticeship
This involves:
- Build new , and improve existing , statistical models to analyse and predict the behaviours of the Nestlé workforce
- Support the European People Analytics team in mitigating people driven risks to the business
- Innovate, code, report and discover information hidden in vast amounts of data that will help us to make ever smarter decisions
- Apply data mining techniques, conduct statistical analysis and build high quality prediction systems
- Bring added value to the business by combining high standards, brilliant customisation and a collaborative, end-to-end approach
- Study towards a BSc in Data Science as part of this Level 6 Apprenticeship
To apply for the degree apprenticeships you will need: GCSE’s (actual or predicted) at grades 9 , 4 (or A*- C if received in 2017 or previous), which must include English and Maths, plus a minimum of 104 UCAS points
