Nationwide offer a range of apprenticeships – from intermediate to degree. Higher Apprenticeships are where you work towards a degree (equivalent to a foundation or honours) over 3-5 years. This provides the opportunity to join the graduate scheme once you have completed the higher apprenticeship. You could work in a variety of areas such asRetail, HR, Contact Centres, Digital & Change, Finance and Marketing & Engagement.

With Nationwide you’ll be part of a network of people – other Apprentices, but also Graduates and Industrial Placements Students.You’ll have a wide variety of people to consult and collaborate with, giving you the perfect opportunity to build your skill set.They will also provide additional soft skills learning in a number of areas such as Influencing, Presentation Skills, Self Awareness and Communication.
