Mills & Reeve: They pair you with a partner or senior solicitor who will act as a mentor during the course of your two-year training contract. You will be working in one of the Birmingham, Cambridge or Norwich offices, undertaking six four-month seats. These seats are in a wide range of areas. However, if you want to experience something not practised in your base office, there may be an opportunity to temporarily move to the Leeds, London or Manchester offices.
