There are a number of schemes within this including the MACH Sales Scheme where you are placed in one of three key areas, namely: Enterprise & Partner group (working with the largest customers), Advertising & Online (working on one or two major advertising agencies), and Small Midmarket Solutions & Partner Group (building relationships and developing new business). The MACH Technical Scheme hires technical graduates into the following roles; Premier Field Engineering (working as a technical legend improving the health of IT systems), Microsoft Consulting Services (helping partners maximise their use of Microsoft technologies) or Premier Microsoft Services (Technical Account manager to customers). Microsoft also offer a number of graduate software development roles.
