Man Group: They offer 3 graduate programmes; Investment management, sales analyst and finance-operations. The investment management scheme is a 2-year programme consisting of 4 six-month rotations within investment management, corporate development and sales. There is a mixture of sponsored formal and on-the-job training opportunities. The finance-operations programme is the same as the IM Programme but rotations are through the Infrastructure and Finance functions. The sale analyst role provides rotations within the Sales department. Applications to the IM programmes are annually starting in September, whereas the Financial-Operations programme is recruited for bi-annually in February/March and the Sales grad programme accepts applications on an on-going basis.
