Maersk: They offer three graduate programmes: Liner Shipping, Technology & Science and Damco International. On the Liner programme, you will get a first hand experience of the different shipping processes through structured job rotations. The job rotations in year one will include sales, customer service and operations. In year two you will get first line management experience in one of these areas. Ideally they require a masters or MBA.

The A. P. Moller-Maersk Group offers a  2-year international Technology & Science programme to prepare newly graduated engineers, geologists or geophysicists for technical leadership and specialist careers. MITAS is an Entry Level Programme that provides technical professionals with a business mindset and broad exposure to technical challenges.

Positions are within energy and offshore field and you be working in Denmark, UK (Aberdeen), Qatar, USA, Kazakhstan or Norway. During the 2 years you will work in three different positions, possibly in more than one Business Unit.

The Damco Graduate Programme is in logistics. It’s a 2-year scheme and involves working in three global modules in different parts of the world.
