Javelin Group: Javelin Group is Europe’s leading specialist firm of ecommerce and omni-channel retail consultants, and systems integrators. They advise leading retailers in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world on their strategies, operations and technologies, and  develop large-scale ecommerce solutions. They take around 6 new graduates each year onto their graduate programme. As a member of the Graduate Programme you will be based in the Strategy practice and spend 18 months developing your skills through a combination of on–the-job learning and organised training. You will gain experience of our different types of work (strategy, due diligence, operations, technology and locations) and gather the suite of skills required of a first-class strategy consultant. New graduates start as consultants, not analysts. This means that you participate in all parts of the project. Typically you will work for a director/associate director as part of a two/three person team on projects ordinarily lasting between four and 12 weeks.
