Interserve. There are a variety of graduate opportunities in civil engineering, construction management and quantity surveying disciplines. They recruit around 30 graduates each year and are looking for people who have achieved a 2:2 or above in one of the above disciplines. Along with your relevant degree they are ideally looking for graduates who have some relevant industry or site experience, who are practical, creative and who can work in a multi-functional team environment. Whatever route you choose to take Interserve will support you to achieve chartered status of the relevant professional institution. Technical routes can lead to operational roles such as Site Engineer and eventually Project Manager, while the commercial route will see you contributing to the financial success of projects through estimating, financial control and supply-chain management. You will liaise closely with clients, negotiating and influencing decisions.
