Imperial College London:  They offer two graduate schemes; a Graduate Management Training Scheme and a Financial Management Scheme. The former comprises a series of placements encompass teaching, research, students, finance, people, planning, income generation and service provision. Placements are augmented by training and external study opportunities, enabling participants to be well-placed to apply for managerial positions at the end of the three-year scheme, or during their third year. You need a 2.1 degree in any discipline and an interest in higher education and personal and professional development. The College may also provide up to two thirds of the funding for an appropriate professional qualification.
