Heineken: Their International Graduate Programme (IGP) is available in either Commerce (Marketing & Sales), Supply Chain (Sourcing, Transformation and Distribution) Finance, HR, Corporate Relations or IT. It consists of an induction of one week and then three international placements each lasting 6 months. This is combined with a training and support programme. Ideally they prefer graduates with a Masters degree, that are multi-lingual (at least 3 languages), have at least 2 years work experience with 6 months abroad and if applying for Supply Chain have a science or engineering background.
