Fullers: The graduate programme is a three year scheme based at their brewery in Chiswick. You will spend time in real roles which include marketing, sales, pubs, inns & hotels, beer brewing, packing and distribution and energy products. Once the programme has been successfully completed you will be considered for senior roles across the business best suited to your strengths and career aspirations. Alternativley Fullers offered a fast track graduate programme to pub mnangement. This is 2-3 years in length and will give you everything you need to manage one of their quality pubs. The programme consists of a number of placements in their pubs, where you will rapidly work your way up from a team member to supervisor and then to assistant manager. At the end of the prgramme you could be managing your very own business with a turnover in excess of £1 million per year.
