Direct Line Group: Their Graduate Programme is a 2-year intensive learning and development programme. There are three schemes: Analytics, Strategy, Business Transformation & Technology or Claims Analysis & People Management. They are in various UK locations, with the majority based at Head Office in Bromley. Each scheme has a unique schedule, some include studying for professional exams.
