
Croda Graduate Scheme
Croda. There are three programmes: Chemical Engineering, Technical Development and Graduate Development. In the chemical engineering programme, you will be involved in all aspects of the profession, ranging from basic research to plant commissioning. You will manage projects and teams from the outset and be expected to accept responsibility quickly. Engineering, project management, production or more general site management roles are open to you. For this programme you will need a Chemical or Process Engineering Degree. The technical Programme will give scientists immediate project responsibilities in a laboratory environment. You may progress within technical, production or sales teams. This can be based in one laboratory or across different placements (ranging in duration from six to nine months). For this programme you will need a chemistry related degree. The graduate development programme provides a general overview of the business. Each graduate will complete three placements across business functions (sales, marketing, technical, operations and business functions, for example safety or regulatory affairs). For this programme you will need a chemical engineering or chemistry related degree.
