Countryside. There are two programmes under the Graduate Management Training Programme: The Generalist Programme is designed for trainees who may have a non-relevant degree or who may have a relevant degree, but are unsure as to which career path to take. This programme will involve spending six months in the core areas of the business such as Land, Development, Construction and Sales and Marketing. The specialist programme is tailored to your chosen career and the requirements of relevant professional bodies. Specifically designed for trainees who are interested in one area and have a degree relevant to it, for example in Town Planning, Surveying and Construction Management. You will spend the majority of your time within the relevant department, but will spend a few months in the other core areas of the business to ensure you have a broad knowledge of the Group.
