Centrica: Graduate Programmes are offered within Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing & Insight, Customer Operations, Analyst, HR and Health, Safety & Environment. Centrica adopts a ‘blended learning’ approach to development.

Programmes are 2-4 years in length consisting of a number of placements of around 8-12 months each. You could be positioned anywhere in the UK.

The majority of your learning will be on-the-job, coupled with structured performance management and formal training activities. The programme is balanced and structured, with a stream specific development path, supported by the business and a focus on Centrica’s Leadership behaviours.
