CB&I. The CB&I Training Program is a two-year rotational working experience for students who have recently graduated from universities around the world. They are interested in grads with degrees in engineering, construction, business, HR, and IT. Trainees have the opportunity to work in their home country or they may be given assignments in other regions of the world. The program is designed to expose each trainee to various functions within the company.
