Cantab Asset Management: They run a Financial Planning and Wealth Management Graduate scheme, based in Cambridge. It is a 3 year scheme that supports you in qualifying for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute. Further training is also available. Graduates rotate around the office each term to gain a wide experience.
