Each of the graduate streams will give you exposure to four different teams and you’ll spend six months in each. This two-year cycle will give you an in-depth knowledge of the organisation, which is a FTSE 350 company with an income of £400m a year. Their work has contributed to over half of the top cancer drugs used worldwide today, and they’ve been at the heart of the progress that has seen cancer survival rates double in the last 40 years.
