Boxfusion. Boxfusion Consulting is a provider of specialised consultancy to support the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence applications at Blue Chip organisations across a range of industries. They are recruiting for Business Application Consultants as part of their Graduate intake. The role will see you working at clients across the UK and Europe. Typically working as part of a team, and often working alongside consultants from the global consultancies, you will be responsible for identifying and defining how a customer’s critical business processes can be supported through the use of CRM and Business Intelligence software. Following this analysis, you will then be responsible for configuring the software to support the customer’s business. Boxfusion are not expecting you to be an IT or computer expert, although being able to demonstrate an interest and some experience in any programming language would be a real advantage. You’ll need to be able to understand high level concepts and then build a solution that meets the needs of the client you’re working with.
