Bertelsmann: The Gruner and Jahr Trainee Programme is an international trainee program that promotes management talent and entrepreneurial drive. 
This 12 month rotational program provides the opportunity to get a comprehensive overview of how a magazine publishing house works. You will gain insight on the day-to-day business of advertising and sales, editorial, publishing, and general management and will quickly have the opportunity to work independently on projects within the magazine industry. There is also an opportunity for the post of Assistant Director to the Board of one of the divisions. This is a 12-18 month international programme and allows you to work on a series of strategic endeavours.
