Barratt. They are one of the UKs largest house builders. They offer 2 programmes, Accelerated lasting 1 year and Aspire lasting 2 years. There is both a sales and construction prgramme in the 1 year acelerated scheme. Their Aspire programme lasts 2 years and is open to graduates of any discipline although they prefer degrees related to the built environment. You will be mentored by one of their managing directors during this time. In year one you will undertake 2 six-month rotations giving you an all round insight into the business. In year 2 you will specilaise – the projects will be longer, the challenges greater, the experience more focussed and intense. You will also receive support for study for professional qualifications such as  RICS, CIMA, CIOB, where appropriate.
