Bakkavor Group: They specialise in making and developing private label prepared foods for the top global grocery retailers and well-known international foodservice operators. They offer a an Accelerated Management Scheme (AMS) which provides a fast track route for graduates. They offer seven schemes focusing on different areas of the business and all schemes provide a fast track route to senior management. All schemes will provide you with exposure across the broader business including different product categories, different customers and different sites across the UK and possibly Europe. You will need to be flexible with locations as our sites are located throughout the UK and your placements could take you from the south of England to Scotland. All schemes are based on you completing a small number of placements in different business units doing real jobs from day one. The schemes on offer include development, finance, commercial, HR, manufacturing and technical. They are 2 yaers in length (a couple are 3) with 2 or 3 12 month placements. A food related degree or science degree is relevent for some of the schemes. The manufacturing scheme requires engineering. A business, economics or marketing degree is also applicable for the commercial scheme.
