Aldi: Their Graduate Training programme is a 12-month scheme, where you will get formal and hands on training in a store for the first few months. After 24 weeks, you gain exposure to logistics, regional offices, accounts, trading and business administration. Then you will move on to area manager training, running a portfolio of stores.

Training includes everything from financial planning to store merchandising.
