Air Products: Their European Graduate Programme is designed for graduates wishing to pursue careers in engineering (including mechanical, chemical and electronic), manufacturing, finance, IT, procurement, sales, R&D and marketing. With support from human recourses and an assigned company-mentor, you ultimately plan and determine your own career path through a rotation of three assignments over three years. This means that you gain experience of working in different functions, countries, disciplines and environments – from fully equipped laboratories, to onsite production plants or in one of the many offices around the world.
