Aggregate Industries. They quarry, manufacture and supply a wide range of heavy building materials to the construction industry. They don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to graduate training so when you join you will be offered a development path tailored specifically to you, to develop you both personally and professionally. You will be given a series of real business projects to work on, which could be based anywhere in the country. To support the ‘hands-on’ experience you gain during your projects, which normally last around 6 months each; you will also receive a structured training. They recruit from a range of academic disciplines including business, management systems, engineering and geology, as well as other technically orientated subjects such as manufacturing, quarrying and environmental sciences.
