The engineering programme requires a degree in a STEM subject. You will have 2 assignments at different manufacturing locations within the UK over a 12 to 24 month time period, before settling into a permanent position at one of the UK sites. The R&D role requires science graduates. As a business graduate, you will join one of their team straight away.
