IMI. The Global Graduate Programme involves four different six month placements, in at least three different countries, and in at least three different disciplines. You will be working in real business environments, on real projects with real responsibility. You will be provided with a suite of development activities designed to enhance your tailor-made training programme. This will include language training, product appreciation, community projects, relevant professional qualifications (eg CEng, CIMA, CIM) and management skills workshops. There is also a China Leadership Programme. Over the three years of this programme, you’ll undertake three ten-month placements in different disciplines and different IMI businesses within China, as well as one six-month placement abroad, in a different culture. You need a good engineering degree for both programmes.
