As a software developer you’ll initially be allocated to one particular product development team but during your first two years you’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of products and, consequently there will be opportunities to travel and work with other IBM Research and Development Labs around the globe. As a consultant you’ll become part of a global community and you’ll join a training program called ‘Consulting by Degrees’. Roles could include a business consultant, financial management consultant, strategic analytics consultant or technical consultant. As a Business Specialist, your role will focus on the commercial side of the business – delivering value to our clients and increasing revenue.
