In Europe, they offer The Edison Engineering Development Programme (EEEP), The Financial Management Programme (FMP), and Leadership Programmes in Information Technology, Operations and Manufacturing/Operations (OMLP). There are also a number of business specific programmes. EEDP is a two- to three-year entry-level program consisting of three or more rotational assignments. You need an engineering degree and relevant internships. The Information Technology Leadership Programme delivers continued education with over 12 weeks of technical (e.g. Java Programming, DBA, data warehousing, business intelligence, et al), project management (waterfall and Scrum), and leadership training over the two years. A degree in computer science or information systems is preferred.
FMP is an intensive two-year entry-level program spanning four rotational assignments. These assignments may include: financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, forecasting, treasury/cash management, or commercial finance. OMLP is a two-year entry-level program consisting of a combination of rigorous technical training and at least three rotational assignments. The program provides technical training in contemporary manufacturing, global supply chain management, APICS, lean six sigma and environmental health and safety.
