Finally BAE offer Finance Leader Development Programme, a 5 year entry scheme designed for graduates interested in senior finance roles. In the first three years, you will undertake three 12-month placements in a range of locations in the UK, gaining experience of; financial accounting, financial reporting, management accounting and project accounting.
