They offer 2 Work Experience Programmes in helicopters and in electronic defence.Leonardo Helicopters is offering a unique opportunity for both GCSE and A-Level students to gain an insight into the design and build of Helicopters at Yeovil. A week work experience will consist of a mixture of practical and theoretical activities which are designed to give students an overall understanding of engineering and business skills.Additionally, part of the week you also achieve a recognised Aerospace Industrial Cadet Award, which is a Prince of Wales initiative.

It is not a conventional week of work-shadowing; but a programme devised to act both as a general introduction to the world of work and an insight into working for Leonardo. Its interactive and fun.
