Wilmott Dixon. The Management Trainee Scheme recruits, on average, 30-40 trainees annually within a variety of construction disciplines, including Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Buying, Design & Build and Business Development. They also have trainees within the support functions of Finance, IT and Human Resources. They are interested in Graduates with an industry related degree who have either completed a year’s industrial placement or relevant work experience and also graduates with a non-industry related degree, who want to move into construction. The training period is 2-3 years.
