Graduate opportunities can be broken down into the following areas: Actuarial Consulting, Investment Consulting, Talent and Rewards Consulting, General Consulting and Software Engineering. Towers Watson recruit on a first come, first served basis and stop taking applications once they have filled their vacancies.

They offer a one week formalised induction programme, which allows you to meet and network with your fellow graduate entrants and with senior people from the business. You’ll also be working on a project together for your first few months. Substantial support is also available to gain professional qualifications.
