For the business role, you will need a degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a business-related area either a 2:1 or a 2:2 with work experience. The engineering scheme requires an accredited mechanical, electrical, engineering or surveying related degree either a 2:1 or a 2:2 with work experience. It a 5 year programme leading to chartered engineer status. The IS programme requires a computer related degree, 2.2 or above. A business related degree is required for the HR programme.
