Kent County Council: They offer 2 graduate programmes – one in management and the other in finance. The management stream is a 2 year programme. On the scheme, you will undertake four 6 month placements in key areas of the council that may include education, environment, heritage, HR, policy, social care, or youth services. The finance stream is a 31/2 year development programme. On the scheme you will undertake work placements. Each placement lasts 12 months.They offer the opportunity to study for CIPFA’s Professional Accountancy Qualification. both positions are based in offices in Kent.
