Financial Conduct Authority Graduate Scheme
Financial Conduct Authority: Their two-and-a-half year graduate programmes are made up of multiple rotations and an external secondment. Opportunities exist in business and technology solutions, enforcement and market oversight, supervision, strategy and competition. As part of the programme, you will be allocated to one of these business areas.
You will also have the opportunity to experience different areas of the organisation on rotations of 6, 12 or 18 months. Later on in the programme (usually your third year) you’ll go on an external secondment. Graduates have previously been seconded to investment banks, law firms, fund managers, professional services firms, as well as HM Treasury, the Bank of England, the European Commission, as well as European regulators. They also offer specialist development programmes, in Risk, IT, Economics and Accountancy.
