Consulting graduates will join the Consulting Development Community (or CDC) – an 18-24 month programme which provides the structure, support & training to develop core consulting skills. These include project planning and management, business case development, strategic analysis and Microsoft Office competency plus ‘soft skills’ including facilitation, stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills.

The General Management Programme offers a broad range of opportunities across a number of core services such as Finance, HR, IT, Sustainability and Marketing. The Technology programme is a structured 2-year programme that gives individuals a range of internal & external development opportunities.

The core programme provides you with the tools to improve your personal skills including leadership, presentation and team working.  Underpinning this is improving your technical skills.
