Buro Happold. As a graduate, you will join one of three operating areas: Buildings, Infrastructure & Environment or Consulting. Whichever operating group you work in, you require a good engineering-related degree. Their training programmes are accredited with the ICE, IStructE, CIBSE, IET and involve everything from design workshops to external courses in leadership and management. There are also opportunities to work overseas as they have offices in Europe, Middle east and USA.
