ASDA: They offer 3 programmes. The Fast Track trading programme is 2 years in length and provides the pathway to become a buying manager. You will learn about everything from Marketing to Merchandising, from Pricing to Promotions and from Analysing Profits to Negotiating with Suppliers. The Retail Graduate Programme provides a 2 years in length designed to give you the knowledge and training to run your own £1m+ store after 3 years.

Alternatively you could go straight into a functional role in Head Office. These include anything from marketing, digital, finance, HR, product development, supply chain, retail operations or legal.
