Airbus: A range of programmes exists from working in an international environment to a structured entry programme across different technical and business areas. These can be within Airbus or as part of the wider EADS Group. The two UK programmes are Airbus UK and Airbus Defence and Space UK.  Both are 2 year structured programmes. The Airbus International Graduate Programme offers the opportunity to master managerial and technical skills. It combines structured placements in different divisions and countries. The programme is a two-year programme (three years for Finance) that combines a number of placements with specialist training in the UK, as well as France, Germany and Spain. The Programme includes a number of disciplines from Engineering to Support Functions like Finance or Supply Chain. Candidates need a degree in engineering, manufacturing, computer science or business/finance and ideally have worked or studied for 5 years outside of Europe. The Airbus Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) Programme provides paid work experience internationally in a technical or business function. Assignments are worldwide and typically last between one and two years. They are within technical or business functions including engineering, manufacturing or support functions such as finance, marketing and HR.
